Rabbi Yaron Reuven answers a question about the obligation to ask for forgiveness before Rosh HaShanah between a person and their fellow. HaShem forgives sins with TeShuva, but if a person doesn't ask forgiveness from a person they've wronged it doesn't just go away, HaShem still holds them to account, especially if that person is a Talmid Chacham and even more so if they do KIRUV. It's important to make a serious commitment to change before Rosh Hashanah to get a favorable judgment.
