Decree Against The Enemies of Israel

Rabbi Yaron Reuven brings a chiddush from Rav Elchonon Wasserman zt"l who says, there is a decree against the enemies of Israel but this is actually a euphemism for the Jewish people themselves. The Rabbi says, that during times of Divine Judgment, those Jews who do not wear Tzitzit are the first to be punished, so be sure to wear your Tzitzit.
